The Eating Handbook

*This project just won the 2017 NASPGHAN (North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition) Innovations Grant*

There's a big problem with nutrition education - most people don't know the basic science of food. The Eating Handbook set out to create easy-to-understand videos on the main topics of nutrition science. The goal is to have both young people and adults understand how food affects their health. These videos will be distributed in schools and given to med-school students as a patient resource.

I co-wrote the script with the founder and supervised the animation process.
